In Missie Maatje you not only create your own character, but also friends, family, or anyone you know. Explore a cozy open world with fun minigames to discover, each challenging you to ask for help. Overcoming a challenge will reward you with room customizations to jazz up your own personal safe place. Missie Maatje is a space to play, create and feel good about speaking up!

🏠Veilig Huis

This game was made in collaboration with Veilig Huis, an organization of the Flemish government that helps people in abusive home environments.
They wanted us to make a game for 6-12 year old children, that could help them. Together with a psychologist, they learn how to identify support people, adults  they feel safe around and who they feel comfortable asking help from.
